FAREWELL, PAPER OF WOOD
This is innovative paper of fallen leaves in the making, where not a single tree had been cut.
The Releaf Paper
Using own patented technology of recycling we create unique stable paper
80 gsm
Paper with a density of 70 to 120 g / m2 is used as packaging material, for use as office paper, for the production of medium-sized paper bags
120 gsm
Paper with a density of 120 to 160 g \ m2 is used as a packaging material for the production of large paper bags, as a filler in the production of corrugated cardboard
250 gsm
Paper with a density of 160 to 300 g / m2 is used in various fields particularly in the agricultural sector: for absorbing moisture, wrapping boxes, in logistics etc
Production milestones
1
Making the fibrillate
We produce granulate or fibrillate from leaf fibers which replaces wood pulp and is the basis for paper production
2
Making the paper
The fibrillate is mixed with special reagents after which the paper machine gathers the raw material into a solid canvas and dries it up into a roll of paper
3
Making the product
Finished paper is cut into rolls according to the final purpose
17 trees
We save while we manufacture every 1 ton of paper from fallen leaves
2,3 tons
Of leaves we utilize during manufacturing of each 1 ton of Releaf Paper
78% CO2
Emission less comparing to traditional paper production
